Perseverance

This page represents a sample of head studies from the last three weeks.

Out of 11 pages from my sketchbook, I picked a few of the best drawings from each page and pasted them all together.  The top left represents the oldest and the bottom right is the most recent ones.

Filling about a page a day of heads from the same character really started to become drudgery, but once I started pasting the best ones from each page into the image above, it really became clear what progress I'd made.  Was it worth it?  You bet!  :)

*Note:  The proportions on these heads are distorted on purpose, it's part of the reason for all the studies.
